Quality Is the Best Recipe

The Burger Joint opened its doors in Glyfada in February 2011. Drawing on our background in catering and years of work in renowned restaurants in New York and Athens—like Green Kitchen, Casa di Pasta, Silver Star, and Cubanita—we set out to create a burger spot that’s both original and true to classic standards.

Our burgers are freshly shaped every day from 100% Black Angus beef, imported by us from America and Australia. Cooked medium-well for the perfect balance of juiciness and flavor, they’re made to order so you can enjoy them at their best.

Our burger buns are made from our own homemade recipe and baked fresh every morning for maximum flavor. We use fresh potatoes fried in corn oil, and carefully selected vegetables. The sauces are crafted from the chef’s special recipe and prepared daily in-store. For salads and sauces, we use extra virgin olive oil from Crete. To top it all off, our sweets and ice creams are freshly made from our own recipes by our pastry chef, the perfect way to end a meal. Enjoy!
